CAIS to Power Alts Track for SALT New York!

At SALT, we believe in expanding education and broadening access to alternative investments. To that end, we are excited to announce an exclusive partnership with CAIS, the leading alternative investment platform, to include a dedicated alts track at SALT New York 2021.

As part of the CAIS track, advisors will hear from noteworthy investors across hedge funds, private equity, private credit, real estate, digital assets, and structured notes, while receiving Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA) continuing education credits.

SALT NY will take place September 13 to 15, 2021 in New York City at the recently-completed Javits Center Expansion. After a decade in Las Vegas, and events in Singapore, Tokyo, and Abu Dhabi, we are excited to bring SALT home to New York for the first time. We wanted to make our first post-COVID event as accessible as possible for our community, while giving back to the city that has given us so much.

The event will feature robust participation from alternative investment managers, asset allocators, tech founders, and public officials. We expect to welcome a full in-person delegation of 2,000 attendees, while also providing virtual participation options. At all SALT events, we place an emphasis on both thought leadership and networking. This year, we are partnering with iConnections to provide delegates a purpose-built platform for booking GP-LP meetings.

SALT has so far announced a preliminary group of speakers for the event that includes Steve Cohen, Cathie Wood, Dan Loeb, Les Brun, Kara Swisher and Dr. Scott Gottlieb. A preliminary agenda will be released in late July. Central themes covered at the event include health care and life sciences, fintech and digital assets, impact investing, and global macro.
