Where is the event?
Investopia 2023 will be held at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, Abu Dhabi - Conference Centre.
What is the agenda of the conference?

What are the daily start and end times?
The two-day conference starts on March 2, with content held 9:00am - 4:30pm. On March 3, content will run 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Where can I pick up my badge?
Upon confirming your online registration, a QR code will be sent to your registered email address. All badges can be collected from the registration desk at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island at the event day. You will be kindly requested to present the sent QR code for verification.
Can I pick it up before the event?
You can pick up your badge at the Ministry of Economy on February 27-28 from 8:00am – 15:00pm and on March 1 from 8:00am - 1:00pm. The Ministry is located at Central Park Towers DIFC, Level 36; Investopia meeting room.
Registration desk of Investopia event venue at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island will open for badge collection on March 1 from 3:00pm - 10:00pm, and during the event dates on March 2-3 from 07:30am onward.
Can I bring someone with me?
Investopia conference is by invitation only. It is not open to the public.
Can I pass my event badge to the partner/colleague if I am not able to attend due to personal reason?
Only registered guests can attend the event.
Is there parking?
Parking will be available to all invited guests, complimentary of Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island. Valet services will be available as well as dedicated underground parking.

How do I proceed with registration if I don’t want to upload my photo due to personal reasons?
Photo is necessary to validate identity of registered participants
What is the dress code?
Smart business attire.
Will there be an internet access?
Guests will be able to use hotel WIFI access for free.
Do you provide any on-ground transportation?
All guests should plan their own transport arrangements.
Is the event live streamed?
The event will not be live streamed. Please be sure to follow all our social media platforms where we will capture highlights from the two days.
