Dominique Hatcher is a U.S. Military Veteran and cyber threat intelligence analyst of over ten years; having served during the height of the Global War on Terror. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Operations and an associate degree in Mandarin Chinese, as well as multiple cyber security certifications. She excels in multi-faceted intelligence collection and espionage tactics. During her tenure battling cybercrime, Dominique advocated heavily for mandating stringent controls on PCI Compliance and Intellectual Property and data protection in the face of foreign entities. She made significant contributions to Executive Order 13694 in defense of U.S. citizens’ interests and assets. In response to the Sony Pictures hack of 2014, Dominique spearheaded efforts to create a dedicated cyber threat intelligence (CTI) team. As a Senior Intelligence Analyst and researcher, Dominique supports global resilience against emerging and on-going cyber threats to the critical infrastructure and financial sectors. Her adversary-profiling skillset and crime evolution predictions have been leveraged as vital assets in various capacities.
