Gary Hall is a Partner with Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC (the nation's largest minority-owned investment bank) and a Partner with American Triple I Partners (an infrastructure private-equity firm). He formerly was an investment banker with JPMorgan, an attorney with

Gardner, Carton and Douglas (now Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP), a White House Fellow assigned to the U.S. Department of Treasury, and worked in Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley's administration.

Mr. Hall serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Chicago Harris Public Policy School’s Center for Municipal Finance and the Board of Directors of the Bay Area Council. He is a trustee with the National Recreation Foundation and Las Trampas (an organization that supports adults with developmental disabilities). Hall is slated to join the SIFMA Board on November 1, 2020 and is the immediate past Chairman of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board.

Hall received a B.B.A. in Finance from Howard University and J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.
