Noel Pacarro Brown joined Morgan Stanley in 2007, as the lead of The Conscious Wealth Management Group at Morgan Stanley, where she guides the collective effort of her team to help families, foundations, and founders advance the mission of their money and create purposeful lives and legacies.

Noel has been recognized on the Forbes Lists for Top Women Advisors, Top Nextgen Advisors, Best in State Advisors, and as a Top Advisor by Working Mother Magazine.

Noel is a proud advocate of Investing with Impact. Her work can be found on podcasts, across national blogs and industry publications. She served as co-host of the Better Money Show, a podcast broadcast by XRAY.fm which highlights people who are driving capital to drive change, and throughout the year she can be found presenting on stage at national conferences (2017: Forbes Top Advisor Summit in Las Vegas, IMCA Focus on NextGen Conference in San Francisco, 2018: MMI/Morningstar Sustainability Conference in Chicago, 2019: Investments & Wealth Institute Annual Conference in Las Vegas, UN Sustainable Investing Conference in NYC).

At Morgan Stanley Noel is part of the Women Without Limits initiative, serves as co-chair of the National Consulting Group Advisory Council, and was named to the MAKERS class of 2018. She also serves on the board for the Investment & Wealth Institute® (formerly IMCA®); a global professional association, advanced education provider, and standards body for financial advisors, investment consultants, and wealth managers who embrace excellence and ethics.

Noel grew up on Oahu, and graduated from Punahou School. She attended Wellesley College before graduating with Honors from Brown University, and holds a Masters in Teaching from Pacific University. Noel spends her free time with her husband Cameron, their two children, and two dogs.
