Ran Wang

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, CEC Capital Group

Mr. Wang founded CEC Capital Group in 2000. Under his leadership, CEC Capital has emerged as one of the most prominent investment banks in China with a core focus on the TMT, consumer, and healthcare sectors.

In addition to its investment banking activities, the firm also has an asset management business that manages funds in both US dollars and RMB.

With headquarters in Beijing, CEC Capital has offices in Shanghai, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. The firm is a registered broker dealer in the US.

Prior to founding CEC Capital, Mr. Wang had worked for JP Morgan Chase and Goldman Sachs. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
