Riady Gozali

Riady Gozali, a seasoned business executive and investor, brings 24 years of extensive global experience to his role as Managing Director at Golden Vision Capital.

Prior to GVCS, Riady had 17 years of operating experience with Giti Tire group, where he held leadership roles overseeing global investment, procurement, engineering, and technology, helping the group to become the leading tire manufacturer in China and Southeast Asia

He spearheaded Giti Tire's first manufacturing operation in the United States, led numerous large-scale expansion projects in China and Indonesia and led the group to research and invest into innovative areas of digital transformation and smart manufacturing.

Riady's early career was marked by impactful roles in government technology in Singapore and involvement with various start-ups across North America, Australia and Asia.

A lifelong learner, Riady holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan, has completed postgraduate studies at Berkeley, and furthered his education with executive programs at Harvard, MIT, Tsinghua University, and the WMI.

This diverse background and experiences have enriched his business acumen, making him a versatile and informed leader in today's dynamic global market.

Meng Yee Tuck

Chief Investment Officer, JRT Partners

Tuck Meng Yee has over 20 years’ experience in the financial markets in Asia and Australia in derivatives, and in funds portfolio management, development, research and marketing with global investment banks (JPMorgan, UBS) and private banks (ABN Amro and Citibank) as well as funds services (Moore Management) and family office (JRT Partners) giving him a keen sense of what investments suit which types of investors, and the support they typically need.

Most recently he was Investment Solutions Head for Allfunds in Asia (a leading funds platform) before returning to the family office JRT Partners, which he set up for a Malaysian family and currently leads for both operations and investments.

Tuck speaks English and Mandarin, and holds degrees in Accounting, Computer Science, and Finance (Masters) from the Australian National University and the University of New South Wales.

JRT Partners is a Singapore based Family Office that invests across real estate, equities, debt and agriculture, directly and through funds including hedge funds and private equity funds. On occasion, the family office works with other family offices in investing, as well as advising them on family office setup, management and administration, as well as investment due diligence process.

Sushant Bhansali

Sushant has over 22 years of experience, 15 of which he has spent with Ambit working in different senior capacities and is a member of the Executive Committee of Ambit. He has been leading the Asset Management business for more than 5 years and has been instrumental in growing the assets under management more than 10x over this period and expanding it's presence to 10 cities. Before Asset Management, he led Ambit’s Principal Investment business, where he cut his teeth investing in listed equities from Ambit’s Balance Sheet. During those six years, the team delivered superlative returns, investing primarily in small and mid-cap listed Indian companies, surpassing benchmark returns by a mile. The team followed a highly concentrated portfolio strategy, investing in high conviction ideas on an opportunistic basis. Sushant began his stint at Ambit with the Group CEO’s office, where he spent close to five years working on various transactions while advising clients on M&A and capital raising. He also participated in the development of various new business verticals, hiring teams, joint ventures, leadership initiatives and maiden private equity capital raising for the firm. Before joining Ambit, he worked with global firms such as MSCI Inc. and PriceWaterhouseCoopers for close to six years. Maya Funaki

Ann is founder of advisory firm Threadneedle and General Partner of its technology-focused Opportunity Fund, backed by Alexis Ohanian. She was Chief Investment Officer of Wheelhouse, the US media platform, and from 2017 to 2021, Ann was a Partner & Investment Committee member at Cornell Capital, the private equity firm in New York & Hong Kong. Ann previously spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs and across her career has deployed $10+ billion acquiring industrial and consumer companies through leveraged buyouts.

In 2019 through 2020, Ann was CEO of leading US hospitality services company PureStar, where she executed on a major operational restructuring and moved to Las Vegas to lead the company through the COVID-19 pandemic. Ann is a director of Allure Beauty Concepts and has served on the boards of multiple public and private corporations.

Iris Wang, CFA

Ms. Iris (Ting) Wang, CFA, is the Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of TruMed Investment. Prior to founding TruMed, Ms. Wang was a Partner of OrbiMed. Previously, Ms. Wang was a Director at Credit Suisse and head of the Asia and China healthcare research team. She started her professional career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. and A.T. Kearney, focusing on healthcare and supply chain management.

Ms. Wang is an M.B.A. degree holder from Columbia Business School, where she graduated with Dean’s Honor in the Value Investing Program in 2011. She also holds two B.S. degrees in Biological Science and Economics from Peking University and has taken major courses in the Department of Psychology.

Damien Tan

Based in the Singapore office, Damien is co-CIO of client portfolios and provides advice on investment strategy issues including governance, asset allocation and portfolio construction. He manages portfolios across asset classes, with a specialization in hedge funds. Portfolio sizes have ranged from $15 million to over $3 billion. Damien has worked with universities, foundations, pensions, private clients and government-related entities in Singapore, Hong Kong, and China.

Before joining Cambridge Associates in 2009, Damien was in the Singapore Government’s Administrative Service. He served in a variety of policy-making capacities, including the development of IT and media industries, public housing, and management of the nation’s financial reserves as Director of Governance and Investment in the Ministry of Finance.

Damien is a Board Member and the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Rainbow Centre Singapore.

Damien received his MBA (Honors) from University of Pennsylvania and his BS in Physics (First Class Honors) at University College London.

Arijit Sengupta

General Partner, B Capital

Arijit Sengupta is the B Capital Group Operating Partner based out of Singapore where he leads the effort to support enhanced outcomes for our portfolio companies across Asia in addition to driving other strategic initiatives for the firm.

Arijit was previously Founder at Kradle Ventures, where he incubated new businesses in B2B tech and advised PE and VC backed companies on growth and transformation. Prior to Kradle, he was Founder and CEO of Antuit, a Goldman Sachs company focused on enterprise AI solutions which he incubated out of Kradle. Previously, Arijit was part of the leadership team of WNS (a Warburg Pincus backed, enterprise transformation company) which took the company public (NYSE: WNS) and grew it 3X from IPO.

Arijit started his career in Accenture in the firm’s strategy and reengineering practice and commenced his entrepreneurial journey thereafter with a General Atlantic and Amazon backed business services company, Daksh which was eventually acquired by IBM. Mr. Sengupta worked in IBM’s global business transformation group thereafter as a sector leader and on integration initiatives.

Arijit earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.

Leon Rapp

Portfolio Manager, Platinum Asset Management

Leon, Co-PM for the Japan strategy, originally joined Platinum in the Japan team in 2011. Prior to Platinum, he worked in Tokyo and New York for over 18 years at PBG Japan Research, UBS Securities, Nikko Citigroup, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and ING Baring Securities in research and sales roles. He left Platinum in 2015 and returned to work in Japan at Rogers Investment Advisors and most recently at Macquarie Group where he was senior research analyst, covering the Japan consumer sector. He re‐joined Platinum in January 2022, as an investment analyst in the Japan and Korean regional team. Leon is a fluent Japanese speaker.

Justin Ng

Justin Ng is the Principal of Hong Kong-based single family office King Seal Holdings. He manages an investment portfolio of private and public equities, fixed income and hedge funds.

Justin was previously a Managing Director at Rockpool Capital, a multi-family office for next generation wealth. He started his wealth management career at Goldman Sachs before joining Morgan Stanley and UBS. He was part of Uber Technologies’ three-person Hong Kong launch team.

Justin was a panelist at the Bloomberg Hedge Fund Forum 2022, a judge for the Bloomberg Businessweek Hedge Fund Awards 2022 and a speaker at the AIMA APAC Forum 2023.

Anish Mathew

Wouter Kneepkens

After completing Master’s’ in Sciences in Finance & Investments and Accounting, Control & Financial Management and a Master of Law in Financial Law, Wouter commenced his career as an investment banker. He worked in M&A and Equity Capital Markets at Barclays Capital and UBS Investment Bank, before leaving to join a EUR1bn pan-European activist hedge fund. Following his work in public equities, Wouter worked within the private equity team of a leading mid-market private equity fund, before leaving for his INSEAD MBA. At and after INSEAD, where he graduated with distinction, he founded a number of tech startups.

From 2011 onwards he has represented his family in the family company, becoming the Netherlands’ youngest non-executive of a regulated financial institution. At the same time, he was also put in charge of the family office (originally established in 1987), which he has managed since. More recently Wouter has moved the originally Dutch family office into Singapore and transformed it from a pure single-family office into a ‘single-family office for multiple families’.

As a Singapore-based family office Blauwpark Partners aims to help Asian and European families manage their wealth better. Besides helping families and UHNW, Blauwpark Partners, a CMS-licenced Fund Management company, also offers various funds like private equity and secondaries pools. Keisuke Honda

Keisuke Honda is a Co-Founder and General Partner of X&. Mr. Honda is a Japanese professional soccer player, former head coach of Cambodia's national team, angel investor and entrepreneur. He achieved goals and assists in three consecutive World Cups, which is the sixth best in history. As for investments, Mr. Honda has executed more than 200 investments globally. In 2016, he launched KSK Angel Fund (Japan focused) and in 2018 established Dreamers VC (US focused) with Will Smith.
