May 2021: HomeArt collaborated with Christie’s to showcase a collection of masterpieces by Jean-Michel Basquiat in “Radiance: The Basquiat Show”. This phenomenal exhibition was followed by a sale of a major Basquiat work at Christie’s in its ‘20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale’ in Hong Kong: - ‘Untitled (One Eyed Man or Xerox face), 1982’ sold for HK$234,290,000 in May 2021, and represented a 98% increase in value from its last auction price in 2017.
November 2021: To celebrate the 100th birthday of François Gilot, one of the world’s most important female artists in the 20th century, and a dear friend of Rosaline, HomeArt collaborated with Christie’s to exhibit the show "Françoise Gilot: A Celebration" at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Coinciding with the François Gilot exhibition, Gilot’s ‘Living Forest’ painting was auctioned in Christie’s ‘20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale’ in Hong Kong in November 2021. This exceptional artwork achieved a price of HK$9,850,000, representing a 398% increase in value compared to its last auction price in 2014.May 2022: HomeArt collaborated with Christie’s on the “Flesh and Soul: Bacon/ Ghenie” show. This was the world’s first-ever exhibition to showcase masterpieces by Francis Bacon and Adrian Ghenie and it attracted over 20,000 viewers in just 8 days at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. An equally successful exhibition was repeated in Seoul at the “Boon The Shop” in September 2022, and the exhibition attracted major local and international collectors, gallerists and art specialists from all over the world.
Coinciding with the “Flesh and Soul: Bacon/Ghenie” show in Hong Kong, Adrian Ghenie’s ‘Pie Fight Interior 12, 2014’ was auctioned in Christie’s ‘20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale’ in May 2022. The work was sold for HK$80,060,000 and is the most expensive work by Ghenie sold in an auction.October 2022: “Golden Boy – Gustav Klimt”, a major exhibition that took 7 years in the making, opened at the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam to critical acclaim. This exhibition was made possible in cooperation with Rosaline and HomeArt who were key in securing iconic masterpieces for the show and providing advisory support.
