Peter is married to Veronica and has three children, Michael, JP, and Gabby.

Panayiotis Lambropoulos CFA, CAIA, FRM is a Portfolio Manager at the Employees Retirement System of Texas – a $34 billion retirement plan – located in Austin, Texas. Laura Flanagan is the CEO of Ripple Foods, a leader in branded plant-based foods and beverages. Laura joined Ripple in October 2019 and is focused on accelerating the company’s revenue and profit growth through innovation, marketing, expanded distribution and optimized supply chain. Ripple’s mission is to make plant-based foods delicious, offering foods and beverages that taste great, are nutritious, and are good for both people and our planet.

Prior to Ripple, Laura was the CEO of Foster Farms, the largest branded poultry producer in the western United States. Laura was CEO from 2016-2019, and drove the highest growth rate and market share levels in nearly a decade, while outperforming the industry in every key metric.

Laura currently serves on the Board of Directors for two public companies: Callaway Golf, the leading brand of golf equipment, and Core-Mark International, the largest distributor of food and broad line products to the convenience store channel.

Prior to Foster Farms, Laura held several leadership roles at ConAgra Foods and PepsiCo.

Laura earned her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1996.

Earlier in his career, Lou held positions of increasing responsibility at Campbell’s Soup, ConAgra, and Nestlé-funded Culinary Brands in areas of business development, product development, quality assurance, and operations. Lou received his MS in Food Science and BS in Microbiology, both from Rutgers University, and has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Rutgers Business School.

Yaniv Maor

Prior to ELTA, Yaniv was the VP of R&D at Lumio Inc., an advanced vision systems company developing optical touch-screens solutions. Previously, Yaniv was the Algorithm and Electronics Team Leader at VKB, a startup company that developed and produced virtual laser keyboards. This technological achievement received the prestigious CES Innovation Award in 2007. Yaniv holds a BSc in computer engineering and ME in systems engineering from the Technion.

Yotam Drechsler

Yotam was born and raised in Ramat Gan, Israel, and grew up within the national religious community and the Bnei Akiva youth movement. Yotam served as a combat officer in the IDF. During the 2nd Lebanon War, two missiles hit his unit, causing severe casualties. Having survived the experience, Yotam vowed to use this gift of his life to good end. He went to school, receiving a B.A. in math, computer science, and cognitive science, as well as an M.Sc. in economics, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He then worked at BCG for several years, leading strategic projects in countries around the world. Then, Yotam, seeking to fulfil his post-war promise to himself, co-founded BrainQ, a Jerusalem-based startup that is developing a medical device that hopes to help people paralysed by neurological disorders, such as strokes, get back on their feet. BrainQ has been selected by Google as 1 of 4 companies in the world poised to change healthcare using aritificial intelligence. Yotam often finds himself reflecting on Steve Jobs’s famous talk on “connecting the dots” and feels fortunate to have been able to leverage his academic and business background to lead his team up this Mt. Everest of neuroscience. In 2017 he co-founded Hyperloop-IL, a nonprofit that promotes technology in Israel. Yotam lives today in Jerusalem with his wife Lior and son Yehonatan. He is also a faculty member at IDC Herzliya’s M.B.A. program

Maya Orlicky

She has served as Strategy and Analytics Manager at Bluevine, a leading fintech company, and as a management consultant for Boston Consulting Group (BCG) working mainly in the healthcare and the financial services spaces. Maya holds an MSc in Biomedical Engineering and a BSc in Biomolecular Science from New York University. She resides in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Ohad Arazi

Prior to joining Zebra, Ohad served as the Chief Strategy Officer for TELUS Health, the largest digital health company in Canada. His accountabilities included overseeing the Provider Solutions Business Unit, responsible for delivering Electronical Medical Record systems to 28,000 primary care physicians in Canada.

Before joining TELUS in 2017, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Change Healthcare and McKesson’s Cardiology business, a top 3 global market leader in the Cardiology IT segment. As part of an 11 year tenure with McKesson, he served as VP of Product Management for Medical Imaging and held other senior leadership roles within the organization.

Ohad is passionate about developing solutions that bridge healthcare and information technologies. He believes technology can play a tremendous role in transforming outcomes, decreasing cost and enhancing collaboration.

Allen Kamer

Mark Gazit

He transformed this division into a fast growing, profitable revenue generator.

Between 2002 and 2010, Mr. Gazit served as Group President & CEO of SkyVision, a global telecommunications company that he took from the start‐up stage to an international company serving over 50 countries worldwide and operation centers on three continents. He has also held pivotal roles in leading companies such as Deltathree, NetVision, NetMedia and Widecom. Mr. Gazit Gazit took Computer Science and Mathematics courses at Hebrew University and studied Senior Business Administration at Tel Aviv University. Gazit serves on boards of directors in commercial enterprises and non-profit organization, lectures in leading universities and considered to be an expert in his field. Ron Moritz

Having served as an adviser to C-level execs, boards of directors, VCs and PE firms on value-creation activities, Ron launched TrueBit Cyber Partners to provide truth, clarity and confidence in cybersecurity investments and acquisitions. At present, Ron is a venture partner with Jerusalem-based equity crowdfunding firm, OurCrowd, where he is responsible for enterprise infrastructure software and cybersecurity investments, and entrepreneur-in-residence with Australia’s cybersecurity accelerator, CyRise.

Ron is also a branded computer security industry guru and internationally recognized expert on cyber-crime and cyber-warfare who, at the invitation of the U.S. Department of Justice, served as a delegate to the G-8 High-Tech Crime Conferences on Safety, Security, and Confidence in Cyberspace. He successfully challenged and defeated proposed cybersecurity export control legislation in Israel.

Dr. Gidi Stein

Dr. Gilly Regev

Dr. Regev has worked in the field of nitric oxide for the past 12 years, first at Nitric Solutions where she served as Director of R&D, and then later from 2012-2017 as the co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer for Bovicor.

Dr. Regev received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2004 and has 30 years of research experience with analytical chemistry, redox reactions, antioxidants and different aspects of microbiology.

Eyal Desheh

Eyal Desheh is the chairman of the board of MigVax LTD, an Israeli research company which is developing a protein based vaccine for the COVID 19 virus.

A veteran of the Israeli pharma and high tech industries, Eyal served as CFO and head of BD at Check Point Software and Teva Pharmaceuticals where is was also interim CEO.

Eyal served on the board of Mobileye which was sold to Intel in a $15 billion transaction and on the boards of a number of additional companies such a Stratasys LTD and ECI telecom. He is deeply involved with the Israel’s high tech and health care industries and serves on numerous boards of promising startups. He holds B.A in economics and MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
